Welfare Memon Organization (WMO) is helping as well as involved in all Housing, Medical,  Economic Upliftment, Rural Women Empowerment, Community Center, Relief Work, Unity, Welfare and Well-being of all Memons in all aspects of life.

The Principle Aims & Objectives of the WMO are :-

1. To create unity brotherhood etc. amongst the General Public.
2. To promote the educational, social and welfare of general public in every manner and by lawful means.
3. To run and organize social & sports activities and programmes for the benefit of poor & needy.
4. To work for the Welfare of the General Public through various programmes, lectures, demonstration and other activities.
5. To help the poor by providing free legal aid and assistance to them.
6. To provide Shelter, Financial assistance for housing for the needy & deserving people.
7. To conduct women empowerments projects andprovide financial support to widows, divorces and needy womens and also provide them opportunities for self – employment (gruh udyog) projects, sewing classes.
8. To advance, preserve and promote the spiritual, social ethics and Principles and their values.
9. To promote, give, impart, spread and advance education in all its branches including academic, technical, vocational & professional, higher professional degree course amongst poor, needy, destitute and orphan children.
10. To build, establish, construct, manage, administrator, support, and assist, primary, pre-primary, secondary, higher secondary, schools, colleges, technical and vocational institutes and hostel and community centres.
11. To conduct and organize lectures, seminars and meetings by inviting well known educationist & experts.
12. To conduct / perform / organize various programmes of knowledge in the fiels of Sports, Education, Social, Handwriting and other educational competitions etc in Schools, Colleges & Clubs.
13. First Aid in medical & surgical emergencies. To conduct First Aid Classes, Grant of medical help to poor and deserving person during epidemic, famine, flood, earthquake or any unforeseen calamity or war orwar like operations, riots, civil commotion and similar occurrences or any other time of need.
14. Referral to the primary health center of emergencies and cases requiring hospitilizations.
15. To give Educational financial help to the poor & deserving students, Conduct award programs and provide scholarships. Organize Computer Classes.
16. To give Medical Help to the poor people & arrange Mediacl Camps / Seminars / workshops.
17. To grant / sponsor Ambulance.
18. To conduct sports for various District, Zonal, State & Natonal Level Tornaments / camps / Seminars / workshops / gathering etc.
19. To provide relief to the people affected by Natural & Man- Made Calamities.
20. To do such other things which are incidental conducive to attainment of above objects.
21. To promote literature and for that purpose or otherwise to public books, to publish daily Newspapers, Magazines, newsletter as also establish libraries, reading room to set up, establish and maintain vocational training centers.
22. To promote and implement small scale industries and thus to generate the source of Income for the poor, needy and deserving of society and to make them self dependent.
23. To make co-ordinate and concerted efforts to resolve the economical, educational, social, medical, rehabilation and all other problems faced by the public.
24. To foster better community relations between all social, ethnic and national groups for the good society as a whole.
25. To improve the quality and standard of living of the public at large.
26. To carry out any such projects that will promote advance and uplift the general welfare and well being of all community and society at large.
27. To facilitate the promotion of education of all levels and to recognize and honor outstanding students and scholars with awards, scholarships and financial assistance based on their needs and merits.
28. To assist and promote the technical and professional and for further educations of students irrespective of all caste and creed.
29. To advance and promote the welfare and well being by relieving poverty sickness, distress and sufferings of any persons who are in need irrespective of their race, caste and creed.
30. To advance and promote other charitable purposes for the benefit of all needy people by providing recreational facilities and activities in the interest of social welfare with the object of improving the conditions of life for those in need of such facilities.
